Simon Fisher

Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and is a member of both Resolution and the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme. He has extensive experience of all family law matters ranging from complex financial disputes with an international element to drafting simple 'clean break' orders. Simon is also a Collaborative lawyer.

Nevine Bentley

Nevine is a Resolution trained family mediator and runs her own dedicated mediation practice in Farnham. She brings both this training and a background in law to give fair and balanced assistance to both partners in all aspects of divorce and separation including arrangements for children and finances.

Nevine is able to sensitively bring down barriers and encourage effective communication between separating couples and navigate them to explore options to find mutually acceptable solutions to the issues which remain unresolved between them. Her success rate for helping couples achieve settlement is very high and the average number of sessions to get there is three, making mediation a cost-effective option.

Nevine is able to offer out of hours appointments seven days a week.

Liz Brown

Liz Brown is an experienced family mediator with her specialist field being direct consultation with children. Liz sensitively engages with children of separated parents to ascertain their feelings and wishes. This is particularly helpful to parents who are uncertain as to their proposed childcare arrangements once they are separated or perhaps where a conflicting view between them exists.

Liz brings over 12 years of expertise and has considerable success with the majority of children cases where the information she gathers can assist parents to better plan the future care arrangements for their children. Liz ensures that both the child and parents are properly prepared before a child is seen to ensure this high level of success.

Rachael Chadwick

Rachael has over 12 years' experience in all areas of Family Law including divorce, separation & finances, disputes concerning children, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in children disputes and financial remedies and a trained Collaborative lawyer.

Imogen Ellis-Jones

Imogen is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and has over 20 years experience working with couples and individuals facing separation and divorce.

At an overwhelming time in your lives, Imogen will give you space to talk, develop new channels of communication with each other and help you to separate peacefully with an acceptance that initially might have seemed impossible.

Using compassion but without judgement, Imogen encourages both partners to gain a better understanding as to why their relationship didn't work out. Instead of blaming each other she will help you to see your situation realistically using honesty and openness. The impact on children can be reduced and in some cases sessions of sandplay will be offered in order to help them cope. All in all you will find it easier to minimise difficulties with family and finance as you move on with your lives with a better understanding of old patterns

Nikki Lynch

Nikki is an experienced solicitor with a history of successfully delivering the best results for her clients in all aspects of family law. This includes divorce, finances, cohabitation, separation, prenuptial agreements and children matters. Arabella Turner

Arabella Turner qualified as a solicitor, with broad life experience after a successful career in the global fashion industry while living across three continents, followed by a stint as a small business owner of a children's café and arts centre. She also has hands-on experience of family law including Family Law Act, Matrimonial Causes Act, Children Act and CSA proceedings, and has gained a practical understanding of children, step-children and a useful insight into 'blended families' along the way, before completing her legal training at The College of Law, Bloomsbury.

Arabella is a committed member of Resolution and brings practical and pragmatic advice to clients going through emotional upheaval and uncertain financial circumstances and combines a timely and value for money service with empathy and good humour.

Sarah Watts

Sarah is an experienced Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) having practised in family law for the past 15 years.She has returned to the Surrey area having spent time practising in Berkshire.

Sarah deals with clients in a calm and sensitive manner and looks a client and child focused solutions. She is practical and approachable and will work in a variety of ways to suit you.Sarah has gained considerable experience in Armed Forces and other service pension schemes and high net worth financial matters. She has a particular preference for children issues and regularly deals with complex cases including cases with a foreign element.

Sarah is a member of Resolution which is a national organisation for family lawyers who believe a non confrontational approach to family matters works best for clients and children alike.

Sarah regularly undertakes her own Court hearings locally.
